Chris Collingwood (B.Comm.)

 Chris Collingwood is President and CEO of Baine Johnston Corporation, Chairman and CEO of Cape Harrison Marine Corporation, Chairman of Consilient Technologies Inc. and a Board member of Pan Maritime Energy Services Inc., Seastate Management Inc. and the St. John’s Airport Authority.

 Mr. Collingwood also serves on a number of community boards and is a former public director of the Investment Dealers Association of Canada.
